I was at my friend’s house the other day and one of the guests brought this appetizer Tortilla Roll for everybody. It was very good and I had to ask her how she made it. She said, “Mix cream cheese and Salsa and spread it all over the Tortilla and roll it up. That’s all! Very easy!”
So I made it today and yes it was very easy!
Tortilla(diameter 19cm) 8
Philadelphia cream cheese 200g
Chunky Salsa 8.5 table spoons
Rose pepper 2 tea spoons
Fresh lemon balm, chopped 3 tea spoons
1. Mix cream cheese and Chunky Salsa together. I think at least one of them should be at room temperature.
2. The original recipe didn’t have these but I added rose pepper and green fresh lemon balm. Green and red colors for Christmas!
3. Spread it on Tortillas.
4. This recipe is enough to roll 8 of them. Place them in a container and chill for 1 hour.
5. Cut each Tortilla into 6 pieces and serve.
