Salad dressing with red wine vinegar

No. 82

Here is the recipe of the dressing for my bento today, Salade Nicoise. 
This can be used for other kinds of salad as well. 

100 cc Extra virgin olive oil 
1 table spoon water + 2.5 table spoons red wine vinegar 
1 tea spoon lemon juice 
pinch of salt
1 pinch of brown sugar
1 – 2 table spoon of fresh herbs, minced, like parsley or chives
1 clove garlic, grated (if you like)

My Salade Nicoise has cooked small potatoes, tomato, black olives, green beans;
lettuce, tuna, hard boiled egg,  🙂  Bon Appetit!
