I served this at our dinner one night. It is called Red pepper cup and green beans with garlic spicy sauce.
1. You cut off the top of red pepper. Use a spoon to take out the seeds and clean the inside of the red pepper.
2. Boil water in a pan and put in the red pepper just for 30 seconds. Take it out and put it in ice water.
3. Boil green beans and cut them into 3 cm long. Put them in the pepper cup.
4. Cut green onion into fine pieces, mix them with 1 table spoon of roasted garlic, 1 tea spoon of chinese ra-yu (chili oil), 1 table spoon of soy sauce, sake, roasted crushed pine nuts. Pour the sauce over the green beans.
