Poulet au fromage

This is a very tasty dish both for dinner and bento!
C’est un plat très savoureux, vous pouvez utiliser à la fois pour le dîner et pour le bento.

Ingrédients:

2 chicken breast (2 blancs de poulet)
cheese any kind you like (Fromage de votre goût)
Fresh basil (basilic frais)
salt, pepper, flour, 1 egg, panko, olive oil
(Sel, poivre, farine, 1 oeuf, panko, huile d’olive)

Préparation:

1. Put a slit and open the chicken.
Faire une fente et ouvrir le poulet.

2. Make it flat and even. Pound with the back of a knife.
Rendre plat et uniforme. Pound avec le dos d’un couteau.

3. Salt and black pepper.

4. Put cheese and fresh basil on.
Mettez le fromage et le basilic frais sur.

5. Cut into small pieces.
Couper en petits morceaux.

6. Mix 1 egg and 20 cc (2 lc) water.
Mélanger l’œuf et 2 cl d’eau.

7. Put some flour into the egg mixture and coat the chicken.
Mettez un peu de farine dans le mélange d’oeufs et le manteau de la poule.

8. Then panko.

9. Do you have olive oil?
Avez-vous l’huile d’olive?

10. Put the oil in the pan. (about 3cm high)
Mettre l’huile dans la poêle. (about 3 cm high)

11. Fry golden brown.
Fry brun doré.

12. Cheese is melting. Ummm.. Yummy!
Le fromage est fondante. Ummm .. Miam!

  1. A little different but not much. I buy Japanese panko but I make my own panko from bread as well. I think it is best if it is corse. Don't make it so fine and tiny. Rugueuse Panko est mieux.
